Dive into my world where service design meets user experience—where every project is not just a task but a journey towards redefining interactions and enhancing life through innovative design. With over a decade of expertise in UI/UX design and enriched by an academic background in service design from UAL, I craft experiences that bridge the gap between technology and people.

My method involves a human-centered approach that prioritizes meaningful engagement, seamlessly integrating users' perspectives into every phase of the design process. By simplifying complexities and enhancing user interaction, my aim is to deliver transformative user experiences that elevate everyday interactions and drive positive change. I collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams globally, leveraging evidence-driven insights to ensure that our solutions are culturally relevant and sustainably impactful across diverse markets.

I approach design with a harmonious blend of creativity, empathy, and strategic insight. Driven by the challenge of translating diverse user needs and behaviors into compelling digital solutions, I am dedicated to crafting designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also deeply functional and intuitive.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring a variety of creative and storytelling methods such as flower arranging, enjoying exhibitions, film and literature. I find joy in the simple pleasures of life, like enjoying a coffee by the roadside while observing the bustling city life, engaging in conversations with cats, traveling, and jogging to keep my mind and body in harmony.

Speaking of cats, one of my favourite projects is to re-conceptualise the role of stray cats in urban communities. In addition to traditional rescue methods, I explored how these cats can make a positive contribution to society, leading to sustainable rescue operations. With the support of the Shanghai Municipal Government, this project has not only created a media buzz, but has also been recognised at the 2022 Shanghai Urban Art Season and the China Service Design Competition.

During the quieter days of the pandemic, I found solace and reflection in bringing nature indoors, using flower arranging as a medium to connect with myself and the world around me. This personal project caught the attention of the curators at the Pearl Art Museum in Shanghai and my work was invited to be exhibited there.
